French painter Patrick Loste’s large format abstract works are the subject of a new exhibition at the Galery Gilles Naudin, Paris.
The artist explores two of his favourite themes in his paintings – the landscape and the horse riders. In some, a solo rider majestically holds the centre stage. In others, cavaliers become an almost imperceptible part of an untamed nature as the blue-greys of the skies merge with the ochre hues of rocky mountains.
Patrick Loste’s works will be on view at Galerie Gilles Naudin from January 3 to February 4, 2017 – Free access
